The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable and really care about their customers. I love this store. They have everything I need to keep our birds and other outdoor friends happy!

My wife and I casually enjoy bird feeding. We aren’t quite the enthusiasts we aspire to be yet, but like to add to our collection usually when spring rolls in. We stopped in spontaneously after going to Haverty’s a few doors down. We’ve had some success with blue birds and thought we’d get something to encourage them into our new yard. The owner greeted us when we walked in and allowed us to browse freely. We came across something we hadn’t seen before - bird butter- and the owner came over to tell us more about it- I had no idea that birds couldn’t sense spice! We ended up getting some to smear on our tree, and the owner was kind enough to throw in a bag of bird food for free! The interior of the store was very well made and she had a wide selection. We will be going back next time we need some bird feeders!

I’ve just begun my birding journey and was told by a friend I should stop into Wild Birds Unlimited for feeder supplies. The store was fairly busy when we went in and I cannot recommend this place enough due to their polite, kind, knowledgeable, and diligent employee, Blake. Blake was extremely helpful and I was so impressed at his ability to manage all of the customers in the store without leaving anyone to wait long. He helped me make informed decisions on the products I purchased and I watched him offer multiple customers help with things, including carrying seed to their car. The store itself was super cute and I was impressed with not only their selection of feeders and seed but also their knickknacks and bird-related activities! Cannot recommend this store enough and a HUGE shoutout to Blake for all his hard work!

I’ve gone to other bird stores but this is the only bird store I will go to now. Karen the owner, is super knowledgeable about birds and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. I’ve already learned so much from her! Quality products, knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer service, what more could you ask for?

Quality products and they always take care of their members. May be more expensive than Amazon but their feed is better for the birds so you end up buying less of it. Karen and Don always letting you know about promotions they’re running which is why I keep coming back
